The Approach
Dr. Dreher begins treatment by reviewing
the patient’s medical history and conducting a focused
exam. Because she considers herself part of the patient’s
healthcare team, she happily coordinates care with physicians
and specialists. The acupuncture is applied weekly in one-hour
sessions over a period of weeks, depending on whether the
condition is acute (short term, requiring fewer sessions)
or chronic (long term, requiring more sessions).
