Dr. Freda Dreher
Dr.
Freda Dreher is board certified in Physical Medicine
and Rehabilitation having earned her Medical Degree at
the University of Buffalo and completing her residency
in Buffalo, New York. Her acupuncture training
was done at U.C.L.A. in 1999 through the Helms Medical
Institute. She continues to keep her knowledge
base and skills current by teaching part time in the
Helms Medical Institute program designed for training
physicians in the art and science of acupuncture.
In
addition to her interests in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation,
Dr. Dreher has special interests in sports injury recovery, women's
health concerns including fertility management, the psychology
and spirituality of wellness, and joyful aging with abilities
and disabilities. She is an active member of the
American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation,
the American Medical Women's Association and the American
Academy of Medical Acupuncture.
